Ian Kristian Consolacion, the current CEO of Prominent Outsource, is the man who aspired to build a small outsourcing business to fulfill his dream of building a million-dollar goal firm ten years ago. Through his courage, he managed to convince some colleagues with who he had worked within the call center industry and used the little capital obtained to conceptualize and structure the operations of this firm.

The organization continuously strives to ensure that employees get ample time to work, support, and attain the situated firm and personal goals and objectives. With this, the firm believes in teamwork as the best technique of addressing problems at any given time.

In the Philippines, we always say, “food is life.” It is already embedded in our culture to prepare food on every occasion. We took this time to celebrate and to come together as a family. The pandemic took our time to socialize as we were all working at home for our safety. It was a brave call for Prominent Outsource to start “Lunch Break,” a monthly gathering where employees get a chance to come and see each other physically (with standard health protocols). Employee motivation is boosted by socialization. In general, when employees interact in the workplace, it allows them to modify their attitudes toward work habits, teamwork, and information sharing, all of which are significant factors for growing a business.
